Hi Shawn! I have been listening to you for the past few years after my fiancé introduced me to your podcast. You have changed our lives and outlook on wellness and nutrition. I know that everything isn't black or white when we eat food and its okay to eat some processed food from a restaurant if your overall lifestyle is heathy.

I’m sure we all know someone who is battling a severe eating disorder to some degree. I sent your podcast to someone I know and love who is battling an eating order in hopes your podcast will change her life too.
