Shawn and his show are awesome

I have binged listened to to your show the last couple of weeks. It has motivated me to bump up my exercise to boost my immune system. I’ve told all my friends about the show and posted about it on social media. Not only am I healthier but I’ve lost the weight I gained during the NC Covid shut down.

I especially liked The latest episode with Dr. Alan Preston. He said what I’ve been suggesting to my friends for months about getting out and living life instead of staying home in fear.

Best in the business

Shawn Stevenson breaks everything down to its core in a fun and simple way everyone can understand, no matter the background knowledge one may already have. As a health and science enthusiast myself, I learn more applicable health and science information by listening to Shawn than in my college level science classes. Shawn Stevenson and “The Model Health Show” are the best out there and it’s a must listen to every week.

5 biggest weights loss mistakes

I just listened to the 5 biggest weight loss mistakes show and I thought it was great! I’m guilty of mistake #1 of cutting calories. Now that I know I don’t need to cut back on my calories, I have a questions In regards to macros. Are counting Marcos really that important or is it over hyped, and if it is that important is there a certain % they should be at? I know everyone is different and it’s going to vary from person to person but is there any sort of generalized breakdown one could use as a starting point?
