Best health show

The model health show has been one of my top podcasts for the last year. Shawn has some of the best knowledge on physical and psychological health. The guests he brings on always have some of the best insights. As a lifelong epileptic I would love to see some guests on neuroscience/neurology. Keep it up Shawn!

This show is a gem

I have been following Shawn for years and he is super knowledgeable about health. But what I appreciate most about him is that he is very generous with his knowledge. It is very obvious that he is an awesome human being!

Changed My Life

I have been listening regularly for the last 18 months. My sister recommended your show when I started going through an intense inflammatory skin condition called Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW). I am still battling it everyday but with the information I have gained from your show I have tools in my tool box to combat it in a healthy way and I have seen immense improvement in my overall health. From mental health to physical health and everything in between there is something in your show for every season of life.
I would love to see if you could do a show about alcoholism and what one can do to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual health while getting clean. I have so many people in my life who battle addiction.

Thanks for all you do and happy 800th episode to the show!
