Hey. My calf did all that before my Achilles became injured. Be smart. Your calf may be trying to protect your Achilles tendon!!

Approachable show for casual and enthusiasts alike

Bill, Glen, and Sean talk about running stuff. Sometimes it's an interview, sometimes just them. It's always fun and very relatable for a casual runner. Just a few guys talking about doing something they love.

I enjoy the honesty in the episodes. These guys aren't trying to sell you some image of them that isn't real. They talk about their ups and downs. When they run, and when they don't.
