Love the no bs positive outlook!

I have been in so many PMDD groups and I was so tired of the husband bashing, complaining and the lack of effort towards holistic healing. Then I found Natasha! She straight forward, no games and all about letting go of that negativity! I love her podcast and I’m so happy to have found someone that’s trying to make a difference!

Very glad I found this podcast

This is the first thing I’ve found where people actually share hope that we can get over PMDD naturally! Everyone just tells me to take anti-depressants which made me feel terribly in the past. Or people just whine about how terrible they feel. I understand people need to vent, but it makes me feel so bad for them (empath) and then I feel worse.
My only suggestion would be to work on the audio. I am super sensitive to sound during PMDD time and the sudden super loud music, fluctuations in volume, sounding like people are shouting, etc is a bit distracting. But other than that, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Hoping a microphone 🎤 or something is implemented soon! Thank you! 💞😊
