    HOMESTEADING IS TRENDY

This week, Quinn and Riley dive into the homesteading trend. What does it even mean to "homestead?" Should everyone be a homesteader? What are the ethics behind the movement? While this topic is vast, this episode offers an entry point into the conversation. The twins also touch on ice cream treats for summer, book recommendations, and Riley's new addition to the family...backyard chickens!!

DIVINE FEMININE w/ the twins & mom!

Hold on to your hats everybody because this week, the pod brings back the most special of guests. Challengers // who wouldn't be in love with you?

This week is all about the movie that had the internet buzzing long before it dropped: "Challengers." The twins do a deep dive (the time stamp for the episode speaks for itself), and they reflect on the film's exploration of privilege, entitlement, lust, and the experience of Black women in comparison to white men. Ultimately, isn't Zendaya everybody's type? (IYKYK) Up top, Riley vents her frustrations about reckless dog owners and Quinn takes a stand for arachnids everywhere.

    A Sparkly Sunday Catch-Up

    A Sparkly Sunday Catch-Up

Today’s offering is a classic Quinn and Riley catch-up. With spring in full swing and summer in the air, the twins appreciate the air abuzz with life—though the carpenter bees, spiders, and insects are making their presence a little too know. Listen also for a coyote pack encounter, thoughts on blatant product placement, and navigating chicken health concerns (sending love to our sweet Goldie girl).

    and that's on PERIODt

    and that's on PERIODt

Aunt Flow, the red fairy, that time of the month—in a world with countless menstruation euphemisms, the twins are telling it straight on the good, the bad, and the bloody. There's no shame in the period game, and more frank conversations about women's health and cycles might be just what we all need. Some other highlights from the episode include a sushi date mix-up and inclusive healthcare for the trans community.
