    This week we vent a little about races that simply do not cut the mustard with us - when races skimp on the basics and still charge full prices - we get a little testy. We catch each up on how our training is going one month out from race day, as well as reveal some of our mental glitches that don’t really serve us and how we train ourselves to think better thoughts.
