Donato is the best
This podcast is the real deal. Donato understands the fight for health and wellness. He has been through a lot to get to where he is today and he is an inspiration and wonderful motivator. I wish he would invite others on his show to share their experiences of trying to lose weight and get healthy.
Not Weight Watchers
There are some amazing messages and I will try a few more but carnivore doesn’t fit with the WW message.
Real talk
Love Mr Russo and his transparency, we need to hear it, I need to hear it. His facts are truthful, his testimony hits home. He continues to tell the truth, allowing things/habits to be brought to the forefront, which allows us to face our addiction head on and deal with the root of our journey of becoming healthier in our mind and body. Thank you my friend!
