    self love is not a destination, its a journey. look at your self talk your mind has its own narrative of your life. what you are like, who you are and what you do grab a journal and write down your thinking patterns about yourself?what are you most common self talk comments?when you identify this- its easy to shift it - how you do this is start saying the opposite or a more loving more compassionate insteadself care routine self care is a very important thing for you to do in your self love journey cause it programs your mind to is it a shower with candles?is it a journaling sessionnow kids and work and travelling or parents- i dont care. Is it breathing for 5 mins? is it journaling on your phone after work on your commute? is it having a slow shower? is it making your bedroom in your family home like a fairy land? idk.This is a huge way to learn how to put yourself first and teach your brain to be okay with self care.cultivate self compassion huge coaching hack that i teach my clients and work with them. if you wouldnt say it to your younger self, dont say it now.if you wouldnr say it to your best friend or your boyfriend, dont say it to yourselfgratitude Instead of fixating on failures or disappointments, gratitude encourages you to recognize your accomplishments and the good things in your life.Gratitude also helps manage stress and anxiety by activating brain regions associated with reward and releasing feel-good neurotransmitters like dopamine, which enhances contentment and promotes a more positive outlook on life
