    self love is not a destination, its a journey. look at your self talk your mind has its own narrative of your life. what you are like, who you are and what you do grab a journal and write down your thinking patterns about yourself?what are you most common self talk comments?when you identify this- its easy to shift it - how you do this is start saying the opposite or a more loving more compassionate insteadself care routine self care is a very important thing for you to do in your self love journey cause it programs your mind to is it a shower with candles?is it a journaling sessionnow kids and work and travelling or parents- i dont care.
