I love the analysis that Skye and David do on French Fridays especially as it relates to what is happening in the world at large. But I think that with both of them being professing Christians, they miss an opportunity to talk about the sovereignty of God despite not liking what is happening in the headlines or the leadership of the United States. I am also appalled by our leadership and the way so many evangelicals rush to defend reprehensible behaviors. But because of situations out of control in my own life, I have had to truly trust God’s sovereignty, believing that Jesus is able to work all things together for good in His time. I would love to hear more of that in addition to the analysis of current events, otherwise we are left to wallow in places that the enemy loves to see us in, seemingly without hope. Thank you for letting me share what I love about this podcast, but also to encourage more of your faith shining through difficult situations.
