The Winter Blues: 11 Very Specific Ways to Take Extra Care in The Winter

48 | Winter has fully set in, the holiday glow has faded and we have several weeks before we can even start to anticipate Spring. It's natural to feel a little down and low energy in the thick of the winter. What would it look like to embrace Winter? What would it feel like to lean into the slowness and the darkness and make something special of the season that can be a bit unlikable?
Over the years I've come to look forward to certain things about the winter, and I've come up with ways to support my mood because if I don't intentionally counteract the effects that winter can have on me, it can be a painful season.

Listen to this episode if you're looking for ways to enjoy the Winter season or need ideas to treat yourself on a down day. I'm sharing my own ideas and several that you shared with me too!

I love that a friend of mine recommended Sara! I look forward to this podcast every Monday.

Morning Routines ,

The Morning Routines are game changing!!

Listening to the morning routine minis along with the paired playlists has been the most amazing addition to my day. I knew morning routines were something I "should" do, but really struggled with daily practices.... until Sara started creating these weekly gems. Now I look forward to sipping on coffee outside, reflecting with the weekly focus, and jamming out to the best curated playllsts.

thank you for putting these together!

So relevant and helpful!

I love this podcasts and it’s actually the only one I’ve committed to listening to every single week! I love the shift that Sara’s made with season 2 in focusing on mental health. All of the guests are so relevant and have such applicable advice. I learn something new with each episode. Sara is so open about sharing her own struggles and experience with mental health and what has helped her. She is truly an open book, asks the best questions, and it doesn’t hurt that she has such a perfect and soothing voice! I commend her for sharing her experiences because it can be scary to share things that are so personal but its so important to share these things and learn from one another. Love this podcast and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone in the wellness industry or wants to learn more about mental health!
