Really helpful material
I love Terri’s episodes where she just lays it out and explains something about codependency, boundaries, etc. Also they’re the perfect length.
Stumbled upon this podcast, and eventually Terri’s book Boundary Boss, and OH MAN I cannot explain how grateful I am. I’ve shared both with so many people. Codependency, and even general lack of boundaries, have been silently ruining my life and I was able to face both and start changing my life and relationships after this podcast and her book. They’re so good, she’s so well spoken and gentle yet firm and clear. Such an amazing example of what good communication and self love looks like, thank you for sharing your work and your stories Terri!
Terri is genuine, amazing & Unlike any other.
Terri has a voice that is calming, sweet and friendly. I love that she doesn’t steer off subject and she doesn’t overly chat. Every minute of her podcast is very informative and life changing if you apply her methods. I also love that she provides you with worksheets that can help you better yourself. Btw if you have not read her book Boundary Boss, go NOW! It’s the best money you will ever spend. Thank you, thank youuuuu, Thank you Terri for sharing so much love and so much knowledge.
