Ethan covers it all - his journey to health, his past and where he is now and how his mindset shifts have helped him along the way. He simply and honestly explains and busts the myths of diet culture along with many other formerly taboo topics and just makes you want to become a better you!! And his guests are pretty amazing too!

Love the way Ethan simplifies exercise/diet/and health!! Ethan, you truly out did yourself with the messages in The 7 Times You Cried!! How difficult it must have been to relive those Days, and then expose yourself to all of us, your disciples!! Thank You for being brave enough to be so vulnerable. Glad to hear someone else is struggling like I am/was.

It is refreshing to hear healthy tips from one who is always on a personal journey to make health an enjoyable journey rather than a destination which eventually will end. Ethan always seeks knowledge from experts who are legends in this field, and then shares what he has learned with all of us!!
