#694: Back Issue Comic Reviews – The Cosmic Longbox Explores the Many Sins of Mister Sinister!

Back Issue Comic Reviews from the Cosmic Longbox return (with a new comic review too)!

The new X-Men event, Sins of Sinster, hit the stands this week, so the Cosmic Longbox has the Nerds discussing back issue comics featuring Mister Sinister! What makes this guy so damn sinister? Also, they get bogged down in the clone-and-time-travel swamp that is Cable's origin. What a MESS! As usual, the THN boys will be using their "Buy It," "Skim It," or "Leave It" rating system, which barely makes sense when discussing a character's past but what else would you expect from these two?

JoeR2 ,

Best comic book review podcast out there!

Hands down!

And dang, I’ve been listening for years and figured I left a review a long time ago. Making up for that now, Joe and Matt!

Their contrasting views (and voices) are a refreshing option from most other podcasts out there which all sound the same to me. Their passion for comics really comes through, even if Matt does get a little too excited sometimes. :)

I’ve tried a good many other shows, but The Two-Headed Nerd is my all time, go-to podcast. Most other shows are a little too toxic for me. And now that I think about it, maybe that’s why this one gets less attention? They don’t feed into and encourage comic book fan hatred, which seems to fuel every comic forum out there. Don’t read that as them being “woke,” but read that as them being people who know the world is bigger than the parents’ basement of your typical incel.

Great Podcast

Fun, fast, and well produced. Joe and Matt keep me updated on comic book related news. Reviewing comics carefully picked from Marvel, DC, and more. I love the ”Long-box” Episodes which take look back on specific topics. Thank you for the community call in show.
Long time fan of this consistently good podcast.
