Cathy Maness ,

Very Informative

I cannot praise this podcast enough! They not only help me understand why I react certain ways is multiple situations but they also teach you different methods to gain better control of your emotions. They provide tools you can use on a daily basis to help regulate your nervous system and help you find ways to stay in the moment. I absolutely love Dr. Amy & Leina. I believe it helps that unfortunately they too have been through traumatic experiences and know first hand what it means to have a disrupted nervous system.

Angela Masciulli ,
