    The other day, one of you asked me how I was able to heal and move on after my divorce. I won’t lie, it wasn’t easy or straightforward, but I was able to do it. Whether you’ve experienced a traumatic divorce, life change, injury, or any other traumatic experience, you can overcome it.
    In today’s Wellness Revolution, I’m sharing the 3 steps I took to overcome my trauma, navigate the inevitable triggers and emotions attached to it, and move on to live a fulfilling life. These 3 steps can be used to work through whatever you’re going through, so you can also move forward and live your best life.
    With these tips and practices, you’ll not only start healing your trauma, you’ll also get better at handling the triggers and emotions that come after the traumatic event.

Stumbles upon this show, and while its demographic is mostly women as a male I found it extremely informative. Amber and her guests are extremely knowledgeable. Actionable advice

I just listened to Amber‘s episode about self sabotage and really appreciated some of the tips here, especially “setbacks are not failures.“ The compassionate and empathetic real talk is exactly what people need in order to tackle challenges they face when it comes to their wellness.
