Just found, and already obsessed

Just found, and already obsessed and have shared on my health account and directly to two friends !!

I really appreciate their REALISTIC advice and really educated, but not over my head information and knowledge. I have always struggled to find a perfect in between podcast that isn’t too rigid and scientifically over my head that leads me to disordered eating habits from a male nutritionist who tells me that he eats 1 square of dark chocolate like a week. Y’all are so relatable and really encourage me in my health journey and inspire a health, wholistic approach!!

I’m going to listen to all of those episodes and continue to stay tuned! Can’t wait for more to come from them ;)
