Much Needed Conversations
Bethany and Lauren have boldly opened conversations on mental health by sharing their own struggles. They invite listeners along on their own paths of healing, sharing what they learn along the way and shining a light on the importance of normalizing mental health. It’s refreshing to hear experiences that are so relatable.
