His WHY is so powerful, it compelled him to make a change in himself. Jarrod gives some great advice about discovering your why, setting goals, and doing to work.

    How to be a mom without losing your identity

    On episode 1, we talk to Barbara Jasionek! Barbara is a marathoner, a CrossFitter, a wife, marketer, and a Mom to her son Theo! She talked about working out while balancing mom-hood, and how she accidentally started coming to our gym regularly at 5:00AM. Her positive outlook on life is so infectious, it’s hard to not be motivated. Enjoy!
