Training with Injuries and Building Resilience

In this Episode we sit down to talk about training with injuries, and what you can do about it! Coach Mario and Coach Matt have both been competitive athletes in all kinds of sports including CrossFit. With a combined 18 years in the CrossFit space, they've learned a lot about fitness, strength, and of course..injury.
