I love this podcast. If you’re looking for a gentle, yet powerful take on radical self healing and recovery, look no further. Erin’s whole approach is down to earth and irreverently authentic.

Listening to this podcast seriously feels like chatting with an old friend. It’s a cozy place to land, when emotions, mistakes, or to-do lists leave you feeling drained. Erin transforms life’s darkness and chaos into meaningful lessons. I can’t get enough. Just when I think I’ve done the work, something pops up, and Erin guides me through it, again and again.

Erin shows up honestly in her podcasts-- sharing the vulnerable parts of her story, so we can all learn and heal. Her words are gentle, but POWERFUL. She’s been a guiding light in learning to process emotions. I’ve learned how to examine self-destructive behavior, break down emotional blocks, and realize where I need to relax and give up control.

Erin’s content resonates with me on so many levels. When I first found this podcast, 3 years ago, I had just imploded my personal life. I was searching for tools, to guide me through rebuilding a life, that previously centered around codependency and numbing. I needed someone to show me, the power in showing up without dulling myself. She’s taught me so much about unpacking and befriending shame, emotions we store in our body, and in the dark corners of our soul. She’s shown me that there is perfection in imperfect vulnerability, scars, truth, and action. Erin has helped me heal.

Erin’s a renegade yogi, who doesn’t care about your boxes, rules, or expectations. She’s leading an authenticity revolution, that all starts with taming your own chaos. Erin, I can tell how much of yourself you pour into this podcast. Thank you again for doing the work and sharing

I Appreciate You

Dear Erin.

I listen to your podcast when I am unable to act in the way that I want to. I see myself as a caring and nurturing human, warm and playful, giving and loving. I wake up grateful and adorable and pet my cat with a cup of tea. But some days, I am all brains and no heart. I wake up sad and ugly, close my door and ask why I have to give where I feel depleted. It’s almost like an out of body experience to watch myself wallow in emotions I don’t want to claim. Perhaps this is a part of healing; to observe, this is a part of the balance in Yin/Yang or others of the like. Contrast is necessary for gratitude to run deep. You help me ask thoughtful questions to my inner self instead of punish the inevitable lows and woes of human stuff. I truly believe humans are wired with an inner judge and victim whom we learn from and work with- some marketed expressions pretend this isn’t so-social media and billboards and such- perhaps comparison with them is the only fight to loosen the grip on. Thank you for helping me re-realize all the time that having a messenger is so important. Thank you for all the hard work and love you pour into strangers. Thank you for being real and unedited. It gives me hope.
