    There's lots of negative football news on the pod this week: transfer RB Sam Williams-Dixon was arrested and dismissed from the team, and Byrnes RB Tre Segarra has committed to LSU. We talk about the immediate impacts of both of those items before taking a brief look at the Gamecocks' 2026 TV schedule that was released last week.     Episode 59: Home-and-home with UNC canceled, SEC vs B1G strength of schedule, Ole Miss tampering investigation

    It's yet another sign of the times in college football: South Carolina and North Carolina mutually canceled their upcoming home-and-home series in what looks like an effort to preserve a week for each team to play a cupcake game. This makes four total cancellations of home-and-home series for the Gamecocks, who will no longer play previously scheduled games against Miami, Virginia Tech and NC State in the near future. Thomas and Beck discuss the cancellation and how the CFB powers that be can bring these interesting home-and-home series back soon. After that the boys discuss SEC vs. B1G strength of schedules after Lane Kiffin was in the news last week for saying the SEC still has the far and away toughest schedule in the nation. Finally we circle back to a story we first talked about when the winter portal opened. The NCAA is investigating Ole Miss over tampering allegations from Clemson.
