    Reuben is a jazz bassist who has played alongside of some music’s most renowned artists including Wynton Marsalis, Joshua Redman, Charles Lloyd, Roy Hargrove, Marcus Roberts, Nicholas Payton, Mulgrew Miller, Jackie McLean and Dianne Reeves, and so many others.

    He’s played on more than 300 recordings including his own outing as a bandleader with the 2006 release of The Things I Am.

    While he is constantly sharing his artistry in new settings, styles and challenges, Reuben’s career is remarkable for the longevity of many of his artistic relationships.

    He maintains musical partnerships reaching back to his earliest mentors. He enjoys rewarding long-term collaborations with several artists, including notable tenures with Joshua Redman, the Aaron Goldberg Trio and Charles Lloyd. These are relationships that have lasted a decade or more.

    Jeremy Miller is the CEO of Rehab Roadtrips. 

    Since childhood filmmaking has been his vision, a dream, and a goal. 

    With 14 years of recovery under his belt, his filmmaking focuses on creating videos that support people in their healing and helps find success in recovery. 

    He draws inspiration from Joseph Campbell, and combines it with a decade of experience in residential treatment to form a unique messaging style that creates a more authentic and meaningful online presence for professionals and programs within the field.

    He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the International Society of Bassists.  He’s served as President of the Illinois chapter of the American String Teachers Association and as the orchestra representative for District VII of the Illinois Music Educators Association.

    On May 10th, 2012, Andrew Lewis created history by becoming the first sailor from Trinidad and Tobago to qualify for the Olympics. 

    Andrew recovered from a near-death experience to make a come-back in time for the Rio 2016 Olympics. He’s also competed in the 2020 summer olympics as well as the 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games.

    He’s been a finalist and medalist at many of the biggest world competitions and is recognized as amongst the best Laser Class sailors in the world.

    Andrew is a firm believer in giving back to the community, especially the dyslexia community which he knows the challenges of first hand having been diagnosed with dyslexia and add at an early age.

    Through the Andrew Lewis Sailing Foundation, he teaches young students sailing and guides them in facing life's challenges. The foundation's main focus is education, sport, and overall community building.

    He is a role model for Trinidad and Tobago's young people and the wider world of sailing.

    In 2021, Andrew retired as an athlete after accepting an invitation to become the National Coach for the Canadian Olympic Sailing

    Andrew's ultimate goal is to master himself so he can see his fullest potential for the remainder of his time on Earth.

    He's a focused, driven, and determined individual, Andrew embodies all the traits of a young professional athlete, true sportsman and overall humanitarian.

    Emily Kwok is a multiple time International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation World Champion with a recent win at the 2022 Pan Championships in the masters 3/middleweight division.

    She’s been training and competing in BJJ since 2000. She is also an early veteran of women’s MMA with an undefeated record.

    She was the first Canadian woman to receive a Black Belt in BJJ and also the first to become World Champion.

    She is well known as "a legend ahead of her time" and is widely regarded as a true BJJ pioneer who’s paved the way for women in the sport.

    She is a co-owner and co-head instructor of Princeton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She leads seminars throughout the world.

    AND, martial arts is only one facet of what makes up Emily Kwok.

    She’s a wife and the mother of 3 young children. She runs her own peak performance consultancy and she works closely with Josh Waitzkin in running his coaching and consulting business.

    She’s a podcaster, a writer, and an artist.

    Lynette Ritchie is a world class power lifter. She’s a multiple time world champion who’s held multiple world and national records in the US Powerlifting Association and other lifting federations. She is ranked the #1 super heavy weight female powerlifter in the world in the 55-60 year old age bracket.

    Her personal bests to date are a 248# bench press, a 430# back squat and a 495# dead lift.

    All of this and she didn’t begin her powerlifting journey until she was 50 years old!

    She recently retired from her long and successful career at State Farm. With her husband Tim, they’ve traded brick and mortar for an RV, the open road, travel and adventure

    Now Lynette trains, shares her experiences and encourages everyone she can to dream big, say “yes”, know themselves, be persistent, train their discipline and take on perceived impossible challenges and crush them one after another.

    We talk about living a life of YES, the journey being the destination, giving up excuses. We explore discipline, building systems to execute, knowing your failure points, accessing potential, the calling to be the best version of ourselves, and why love matters
