    Season One Wrap-Up

    Friends, season one is in the books! This has been so much fun! The learning I have done, the people I have met and the things we have talked about, I have loved every second.     A talk about jealousy

    Wow, this week I learned something about myself that wasn’t great. I was able to sit back and acknowledge that I was jealous about someone, I haven’t ever been able to recognize it in the moment before. In this episode, I share the experience I had, what I did to change it, and I issue a bit of a challenge for us all.     A talk with Jo Blair about anxiety

    So this week’s episode ties into the one from last week, where I explain that I was chatting with Jo and once we were done I realized that I had been having a panic attack pretty much the entire time. I wanted to share it because there is some good stuff that came from our chat but also to give you a little insight as to what it is like when someone has high functioning anxiety and just keeps plugging along through life. As always I would love your thoughts and comments, and most of all for you to know that if this is something you are walking through, you are not alone!

    A talk about panic attacks (and anxiety)

    Well this week, you get a glimpse into what a panic attack can look like for me. It was sudden, unexpected and yet not entirely out of place. I think sometimes we don’t even realize we are having a panic attack, because we have been having them off and on for so long, they start to feel normal. My anxiety can lie to me pretty good, it can get me convinced about things that aren’t true and that can fuel a panic attack. This week, not only do I open up about my panic attack, I share some strategies I used to combat them.     A talk about my miscarriage journeys

    *Trigger Warning* This weeks episode is heavy, it’s raw and it’s honest. I walk through my three miscarriages and the things I learned through them. I talk very openly about terminology, what I went through physically and emotionally. I would love to create a space where you can feel safe to share your stories.
