Save Hours Every Week: Streamline Your Business with Systems that Work with Kim Vargo

If your business feels chaotic, scattered, or heavier than it should, this episode is for you. In this Unbreakable Mompreneurs conversation, host Charisse Walker sits down with Kim Vargo, a Systems and Operations Strategist (and Certified Dubsado Specialist) who helps creative entrepreneurs and wedding professionals streamline their backend so they can get their time, energy, and freedom back. Here is the truth: most business owners are not failing because they “lack discipline” or “need more hustle.” They are overwhelmed because they are doing everything in too many places, with too few automations, and with no clear workflow. When your leads live in one platform, invoices in another, contracts in another, scheduling somewhere else, emails somewhere else, and forms scattered across your computer… you will always feel behind. Kim breaks down the simple foundation she uses with clients who feel all over the place: start with a CRM (Client Relationship Management system) and pair it with a task manager. Your CRM handles your client journey: inquiries, follow-up emails, proposals, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, reminders, and communication. Your task manager supports the internal work your clients never see (but your business absolutely needs). When these two pieces are working together, your business starts to feel lighter almost immediately. Charisse shares a relatable story many mompreneurs will recognize: hiring a coach, following all the tool recommendations, and suddenly paying hundreds (or even thousands) per month in subscriptions to platforms that do not even connect. Kim explains that systems are not about collecting tools. Systems are about building a process that is simple, intentional, and connected. Sometimes it is not about doing more. It is about doing one thing really well and letting automation handle the repetitive work. Kim also talks about how she niched into the wedding industry (it “fell into her lap” through referrals), why creatives often need systems support the most, and how the behind-the-scenes work of creative businesses (editing, follow-up, timelines, delivery) is where organization matters most. Then the conversation shifts into motherhood and entrepreneurship: Kim is a mom of three-year-old twins and shares the reality of time management when you leave a structured job and become fully self-driven. If you have ever felt that “paralysis” of a long to-do list and not knowing where to start, you will feel seen. Kim shares what helps her most (including building daily structures and prioritizing her health and family calendar first). One of the best takeaways Kim leaves us with: If your business feels heavy, it does not mean you are failing. It usually means something in your systems needs to be tweaked. Everything is figureoutable, and small changes can create massive relief. If you are ready to streamline your business, stop spinning your wheels, and reclaim your time (without losing clients or dropping the ball), you are going to love this episode. How to Price Your Coaching Services with Confidence | Visibility, Sales & Energy Blocks with Kanika Vasudeva

Are you starting your coaching or service-based business and struggling with one big question: How much should I charge? If you feel uncomfortable raising your prices…If you are posting online but not seeing conversions…If visibility feels exhausting and inconsistent… This episode of Unbreakable Mompreneurs is for you. In this powerful conversation, host Charisse Walker sits down with Kanika Vasudeva, Energy Expansion Coach, to talk about pricing confidence, visibility strategy, subconscious money blocks, and how to grow your coaching business without burning out. Kanika helps coaches and heart-led entrepreneurs expand their income, visibility, and client flow by combining energetic clearing with practical business strategy. And what she shares in this episode might completely shift how you think about charging for your services. ✔ Why most coaches underprice their services (and how that actually hurts their clients)✔ The psychology behind pricing and self-worth✔ Why you do NOT need a website, SEO, or thousands of followers to start making money✔ How to focus on ONE platform instead of trying to be everywhere✔ Why your message matters more than trends or hooks✔ How charging more increases transformation for your clients✔ The energetic connection between receiving and business growth✔ How to move from passion to CEO mindset Kanika shares that almost no entrepreneur starts out pricing correctly. Most of us begin with doubt, hesitation, and fear of asking for what we truly deserve. But here is the truth: when you undercharge, you are not serving at your highest level. When clients invest at a higher level, they show up differently. They commit. They implement. They transform. This conversation goes beyond surface-level sales advice. Kanika opens up about her personal journey — including the devastating loss of her daughter — and how that grief reshaped her life and business. Instead of pushing harder, she turned inward. She discovered the Akashic Records and the power of clearing subconscious blocks that limit visibility, wealth, and confidence. Now she blends energetic alignment with practical strategy to help leaders. 💡 Here is what you will learn: ✨ Attract more aligned leads✨ Convert sales with ease✨ Break feast-or-famine cycles✨ Increase income through stronger receiving capacity✨ Expand visibility authentically✨ Clear hidden wealth blocks✨ Build consistent, sustainable growth If you are a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur who feels stuck in inconsistent revenue or uncomfortable with pricing, this episode gives you tangible steps you can apply immediately. Kanika also offers a free sales audit, where she looks at your sales process, messaging, and offer conversion to help you identify what is blocking growth. 🔗 Connect with Kanika Vasudeva: Website: ART Art of Life CenterInstagram / LinkedIn / YouTube: Search Kanika Energy CoachFree Sales Audit: Message her directly to book 🔗 Connect with Host Charisse Walker: Website: https://charissewalker.comInstagram: @charissewalker1LinkedIn: Charisse Walker If you are ready to step into your value, raise your prices with confidence, and build a business that feels aligned instead of overwhelming, this episode will empower you to start today. Leadership That Actually Works — With Maren Perry of Arden Coaching

Hello Unbreakable Mompreneurs! Leadership is not just a corporate buzzword. It is how we show up in our homes, in our businesses, in our marriages, and in our communities. In this episode, I sit down with Maren Perry, Founder and CEO of Arden Coaching, to talk about what real leadership looks like — and why most leadership advice misses the mark. If you are tired of leadership advice that sounds like it was written by a committee, you are going to love this conversation. Maren brings a style that is direct, intelligent, and just light enough to make even the tough topics go down easy. Think less “trust fall exercise,” and more “let us solve the problems that actually keep you up at night.” For nearly two decades, Maren has partnered with CHROs, VPs of HR, and senior executives across some of America’s largest companies to design leadership development that actually sticks. Not the check-the-box kind of training — the kind that transforms people and, by extension, organizations. In this episode, we discuss: Why most leadership training fails How great leaders understand their own “filters” and blind spots The role uncertainty plays in today’s leadership climate How coaching drives measurable cultural transformation What authentic leadership truly looks like Lessons leadership and motherhood teach us about communication and emotional intelligence The power of understanding someone else’s perspective — whether that is an employee or a teenager Maren also shares how one client organization grew tenfold while transforming its culture through coaching leaders at every level — from the C-suite to rising managers. With a background in cognitive science and thousands of hours coaching senior leaders in industries from healthcare to finance to Major League Soccer, Maren blends science and humanity in a way that makes leadership practical, not theoretical. If you are a business owner, corporate leader, HR executive, or mom building something meaningful — this conversation will challenge you and equip you. Create a Career That Aligns with Your Passion and Truly Reflects Who You Are with Rachel Spekman

Create a Career That Matches Your True Self | With Rachel Spekman (Made For More Coach) If you have ever felt stuck in a career that looks good on paper… but does not feel good in your soul, this episode is for you. In today’s conversation, I (Charisse Walker) sit down with Rachel Spekman—therapist, couples counselor, and career coach—who helps high-achievers, moms, and professionals realign with their purpose and find soul-aligned work that still pays the bills. Because let us be honest: passion matters, but so do groceries. We talk about why so many women stay in careers (and even relationships) that are unfulfilling—especially when the paycheck is strong—and how to start making changes without blowing up your life or making a reckless leap. Rachel explains the “iceberg” truth behind success: what looks great on the outside (money, title, stability, social media) often hides what is happening underneath (burnout, resentment, fear, shame, disconnection, and feeling lost). The goal is not to judge your life—it is to understand it so you can shift it. In this episode, you will learn: How to understand your relationship with money (and stop letting money own you) Why “more money” does not always equal “more freedom” How careers and relationships are connected—when one is off, everything feels off How to get clear when you have too many options (or are frozen by fear) Why taking one small step matters more than finding the perfect plan How fear of rejection, shame, and abandonment can sabotage career growth What “stretch zone” action looks like (and how to celebrate momentum) Rachel also shares her powerful “four pillars” framework—health, relationships, home, and professional purpose—and explains how misalignment in one area can wobble your entire life. This is a practical, honest conversation for women who feel overwhelmed, under-fulfilled, or ready for a pivot—but want to do it wisely. If you are a mom who wants more meaning, more impact, and more alignment (without losing financial stability), this episode will help you start.
