Great show!

Douglas continues to push back against the left wing narrative destroying western civilization. Listened to the first two episodes and am not surprised by the excellent content. Please share!

Trying too hard

George Washington and Abraham Lincoln have not been cancelled. I like Murray but he is trying too hard to make some absurd points about cancel culture. These guys still have monuments and are largely beloved. Perhaps there are some detractors and some school districts that have considered name changes but my public school district (in a blue part of PA) still has both names on buildings. If he wants to give a history lesson on these great presidents then ok. But his “should they stay cancelled?” premise is stupid.

Top notch

I stumbled across this podcast looking for a good history listen and I was excited to find something that didn’t have a left-leaning lens. The episode were great, and episode 8 required me to write this review. The guest and discussion from episode 8 “The Classics” was just phenomenal. He was so insightful and easy to follow, I found myself nodding along and whispering “brilliant” several times on my long walk. I recommend everyone listen to this podcast and recall why we study history.
