    2/4/26 - I didn’t follow my own advice

    Don’t be like me. I preached to the 22 yr old about in life there are always those “ what ifs “.  I failed to realize I was setting myself up for one I clearly wasn’t prepared for. Have a listen ( or not ) and again Don’t Be Like Me. Be prepared for those moments.

    It’s the day after Alex Pretti was murdered. Almost a month since Keith Porter and weeks since Renee Nicole Good. They were all murdered by ICE/Border Patrol and are U.S citizens. The last part shouldn’t matter because it’s everyone. I’m going to include a link to a list of all those killed by ICE.     1/9/26 - Mental Health and the Kid

    It’s day 9 into the New Year and so much stuff has and is happening. October I was laid off, then the holidays and lastly the ball dropped into the New Year. Within that timeframe I was dealing with the Kid and her mental health. Have a listen but more importantly make sure to also take care of yourself physically & mentally.

    01/01/26 - Happy New Year ( I should be sleep )

    This is episode 1 for 2026 and it’s so unscripted. Basically all my episodes are not scripted but this one for sure wasn’t. Had a Jell-O shot that overstayed its welcome in my fridge.     11/5/25 - I got laid off

    Yup, imma bout to join the rest of those that are unemployed. It’s not a good place to be in but it’s out of my control. As I always say “ it is what it is “. The universe ignored me this time so we got beef ( lol ) or maybe there’s another plan for me…idk. So here’s a little life is life’ ig update for y’all. Imma be ok! K bye!!
