    In this episode I talk about May being mental health awareness month and shed light on my intense past. From a former butcher and teenager suffering through severe bi-polar depression, ADHD and anxiety. Heavily medicated. Addicted to drinking and junk food - and some of the hardest moments of my earlier life.

    I discuss some of the tools, concepts and things I did to help compound effect my way out of that struggle, while still acknowledging that the work continues to this day. That we are all works in progress.

Pure realness!!!!

Eye opening, inspirational, and just overall incredible knowledge and realism. If you are thinking about veganism, someone like Fraser is the one to go to. The compassion and understanding towards you alone makes you want to go plant based. Tack on all the information science based, spiritual, just plain hard facts and you have the real deal my friends. I was lucky to have found evolving alpha Fraser and Lauren when I was thinking of becoming vegan. 3 yrs strong and all it took was mere human compassion and welcoming attitude.
