Veggie Soup for the Soul!
Love listening to you Vickie and Larissa! I’ve been vegan for 10 years and am a long time fan of Vegetarian Zen. Have listened to all of your podcasts 3 times and the third time is just as good as the first! Most recently, I had lost my passion and enthusiasm for a vegan lifestyle. Sometimes it can be hard, especially when you’re the only one in a family of four and the only one in your circle of friends. I came across your podcasts again and “Boom” I was back! Your conversations, authenticity, advice and humor brought helped me get right back on track. Whether your new to a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle or been there for years, Larissa and Vicki are like good friends walking with you through the journey. Thank you both from being such a ray of sunshine in my day and veggie soup for my soul.
Vegetarian Zen is like a smoothie for your spirit! Vickie and Larissa do such excellent work - no matter the episode, you’re guaranteed to walk away with a handful of golden nuggets. Can’t recommend this podcast enough! 🙌
