    Don't Stay Down—Get Back Up!

    Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason. Today we're talking about getting back up when life knocks you down. Proverbs 24:16 says, “For a righteous person falls seven times and rises again.” Falling doesn't mean you've failed. What matters is that you get back up and keep moving forward.     Are Your Priorities Out of Order?

In Matthew 6:33, Jesus says to “seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,” reminding us that God's value system is different from the world's.     Stop Settling for Your “Piece of the Pie”

Today we're in Numbers 18:20, where God tells Aaron, “I am your portion and your inheritance.” What if your portion isn't a limited piece of the pie? What if your portion is actually God Himself? Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason talk about how easy it is to develop a “portion mentality”—believing that what we have right now is all we're going to get. We compare our lives, our finances, our careers, our marriages, and even our success to other people.     Are You Giving or Just Taking?

Today we're in Hebrews 13:16, where we're reminded not to forget to do good and share with others, because with such sacrifices, God is pleased. On this Relationship Monday, Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly talk about what it means to live with a generous spirit—not only with our finances, but with our time, attention, love, patience, and energy. Pastor Scot and Pastor Holly share how a great marriage is made up of two generous people who are willing to give to one another. Sometimes generosity means putting down what you want to do and choosing to invest in your spouse, your children, or your family. It can be as simple as putting down your phone, giving someone your undivided attention, helping around the house, or intentionally making time to connect. This message is also a reminder that you cannot give from an empty vessel. While we're called to be generous and serve others, we also need to make time to rest, recharge, and take care of ourselves.     When Fear Comes, Tell Your Heart NO

    Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason. Today we're in Psalm 27:3, where David says, “Though an army encamps against me, my heart shall not fear... yet I will be confident.” We all have moments when it feels like everything is coming against us, but God's Word reminds us that we don't have to live in fear. When the enemy attacks our confidence, we can choose to stand firm in what God says. Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason talk about how David spoke to his own heart. Instead of allowing fear and emotions to take control, David made a decision: “My heart shall not fear.” Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that our thoughts and emotions don't have to dictate how we live. We can choose confidence, even when circumstances look overwhelming. This message also reminds us that our confidence isn't based on what we can do. We may look at our abilities and see weaknesses or compare ourselves to other people, wishing we had their talents. But God can take whatever He's placed in your hands and use it for something greater. Just like David had only a few stones when he faced Goliath, you may feel like you only have a few “rocks” of your own—your gifts, talents, experience, or abilities. But when those things are placed in God's hands, they are enough. Your little can become much when God is with you. Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason encourage us not to cast away our confidence when life gets difficult. You don't have to be confident in yourself—you can be confident in what God will do through you. The Lord is with you, and that changes everything. Whatever you're facing today, don't give fear the final word. Speak to your heart, stand on God's promises, and remember: the Lord is with you.
