In this episode, I share how I was able to prepare my body to take on a half marathon as someone who was previously diagnosed with PCOS. Through my 12-week prep plan, I was able to ease my body into long distance running without putting stress on my hormones. This was a huge win for me, since I couldn’t even run a mile without stopping in the beginning. Outside of training, there are so many beneficial components to long distance running that Joey and I share with you today. Life Changing

Since I’ve found this podcast it has helped me so much. Gracie has guests who have an unlimited well of knowledge to share in all aspects, it really is so beneficial for those of us who struggle with these issues.
