Decumaria ,

Thank you

Thank you for discussing the backlash against Pope Francis. I find the hate baffling. It feels political, self-serving, like jumping on the cultural warrior-clown-car, and clearly antithetical to the teachings of Christ. My mother was a charismatic Catholic, and like most mystics, deeply spiritual. My mother would have honoured Pope Francis, and recognized a fellow deeply spiritual soul. After ten years the American bishops ongoing flagrant opposition to Pope Francis sounds like so much noise. Drown it out with some beautiful sacred music 🎶

Response to Ignorance, Division, and Pride

I appreciate your work, but if Pope Francis said that an embryo or zygote is not a person, then that is wrong. Just because something in the Catechism may not be a dogmatic statement, doesn’t mean that it can be disagreed upon, because even non-authoritative teachings are to be accepted by Catholics.

More please

I absolutely love listening to this podcast because it makes me feel sane and a world that is so divided.
