Whiskey Business

A friend suggested that I listen to Whiskey Business, and I am now obsessed with it. The concept is witty & briskly fun, with the episodes featuring unexpected moments of emotional warmth amidst stories that are brilliantly engaging. Host Dino has a raging comic streak, a curiosity which propels fantastic interviews, and a voice that resonates with a bourbon caress. He shows respect for his guests, while also asking the questions that reveal both heartfelt emotion and underlying amusing base humor. Ralph Scott’s haunting stories had me enthralled, Travis Irvine had me laughing while respecting his journey, Alex Hastie of Ohio v. The World tells truly fascinating stories, and Dino’s mother was one of my very favorite guests on the podcast. I have taken umbrage with some of the comments made about agriculture, but perhaps this is an opportunity for Dino to interview a farmer to understand their perspective. Thank you to the Whiskey Business team for providing such a remarkable, educational, and amusing podcast!

Dino, can make anyone interesting (I know from experience). This podcast has a great mixture of comedy, booze and life lessons-quite the concoction!

This podcast just keeps getting better and better. It hits all the marks: funny, poignant, informative. Dino is great at getting his guests to open up and share their stories. He knows when to sit back and listen, when to dig deeper, and when to let loose. And great tips on the whiskeys, too! Keep ‘em coming!

I have been a long time listener and want to commend all three of you on how much you have made this podcast grow. Dino is genuine and great at making his guests feel comfortable to open up to us (I'm sure the whiskey helps too...) From the raw and emotional Matt An Alcoholic, to the side splitting superstitions of Billy DeMora, and even the deposing of our very own loveable Dino. It's always a great ride wherever you decide to take us. Oh yeah, and the whiskey education is great too! Keep up the great work gentlemen, cheers!
