Here To Be Human

Julie Zdravkovski

You didn’t come here to bypass life — you came to become it. Here to Be Human: A Multidimensional Soul is a weekly podcast for mystics, seekers, and sensitives learning to anchor their spiritual knowing in everyday life. Blending cosmic consciousness with nervous system wisdom, each episode follows a four-part structure: soul-stirring insight, energetic deepening, embodied reflection, and integration rituals including Spirit-channeled messages and practical prompts. This isn’t about transcendence — it’s about presence. You’re not too much. You’re just remembering who you are.

My Personal Journey through Peri & Post Menopause

Personal Journey through Peri & Post Menopause This is Here to Be Human: A Multidimensional Soul.  In this episode, I share my personal journey through perimenopause and menopause, one that began around the age of 36, long before these conversations became part of everyday discussion and today, 2 years post-menopause I feel more content and ready for the next chapter in my life. Unlike many of the stories we hear today, I didn’t spend years analysing every symptom or viewing every physical or emotional change through the lens of hormones. Instead, I continued listening to my body, trusting my intuition, and focusing on creating a life that supported my wellbeing. Looking back, I can now see that many of the choices I made naturally helped me navigate this stage of life. One of the biggest themes throughout this journey was consistency. Rather than chasing every new trend or miracle solution, I stayed committed to the foundations that I knew worked for me. I talk about how my spiritual practice became an anchor during this time, helping me stay connected to myself instead of becoming consumed by fear or uncertainty. I also noticed an interesting pattern: when I entered perimenopause, I was stepping away from my corporate career and building my spiritual business. Around ten years later, as I moved through menopause, I found myself doing something remarkably similar, once again immersing myself in creativity, refining my work, and building the next chapter of my business. Those seasons of purpose and creation became incredibly supportive. We also explore the role of movement, nutrition and supplementation. For me, weight training became one of the most valuable tools for maintaining both my physical and mental wellbeing. I trained consistently three to five days each week, prioritising strength over perfection and allowing my body to adapt over time. Nutrition was equally important. I focused on eating a clean, nourishing diet rather than following restrictive trends. My core supplements have remained relatively simple and consistent, including protein, creatine, vitamin-D and omega-3s. Alongside these foundations, I occasionally cycle other supplements such as medicinal mushrooms or notropic greens blends when they feel supportive, rather than taking everything all of the time. Perhaps the biggest lesson throughout this experience was learning to ask a different question. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” I found myself asking, “What will best support my nervous system?” That question influenced the way I exercised, the foods I chose, the supplements I took, and even how I structured my work and daily life. This episode isn’t about suggesting there’s only one way to experience perimenopause or menopause. Every woman’s journey is unique. For some, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may be an important and life-changing part of that journey. For others, different approaches may feel more aligned. My intention isn’t to tell anyone what they should do, it’s simply to share what genuinely helped me. If there’s one message I hope listeners take away, it’s this: trust your body, stay curious, build consistency around the habits that genuinely support you, and remember that this season can become an opportunity to create a new chapter, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If this resonates, share it with someone who needs to hear it. And if you have a question you've been sitting with, send it through as I'd love to bring it into the show. Ready to go deeper? Are We Being Guided... or Are We Making It Up?

Are We Being Guided... or Are We Making It Up? This episode explores one of the most honest questions on the spiritual path — am I actually being guided, or is my mind just telling me what I want to hear? For many people, there are moments that feel like signs, synchronicities, or quiet nudges in a certain direction. And then comes the doubt. The second-guessing. The wondering whether any of it is real, or whether you're simply pattern-matching your way through uncertainty. In this episode, Julie opens the space to explore what guidance actually is, how it moves through us, and how we begin to trust it — without bypassing our own discernment. Some of the questions explored include: Are we actually being guided, or are we making meaning out of coincidence? How do we tell the difference between genuine intuition and what we want to be true? How do we learn to trust guidance without losing our own grounded sense of self? This episode is part of Season 3, where real questions — from sessions, messages, and broader conversations — are brought together and explored through deeper themes of the human experience. Weekly drops, every Friday — streaming on Spotify & Apple Podcasts. Bridge Episode 2: Between Season Two & Season Three — Integration: Embodied Evolution

Bridge Episode 2: Between Season Two & Season Three — Integration: Embodied Evolution Before we move into the next chapter, we pause. This bridge episode is a moment of integration — a chance to gather the teachings of Season Two and anchor them deeply within the body. Season Two explored embodiment, intuition, resistance, sacred anger, community, power, and the transformative wisdom found within chaos. This episode invites us to move beyond understanding these ideas intellectually and begin living them as embodied truth. Through reflection, teaching, and a guided integration meditation inspired by the practice of metta (loving-kindness), we soften into the deeper work of spiritual evolution — compassion, presence, and conscious living. 🔸 Channelled: compassion as a daily spiritual practice 🔸 Reflect: “What from this season has truly integrated into the way I live?” 🔸 Integrate: practice loving-kindness toward yourself and others through the metta phrases Integration is where wisdom becomes embodiment — and where the next stage of awakening begins.
