Recovery 2.0 is a vibrant and welcoming community grounded in shared intention, mutual support, and a deep commitment to living fully beyond addiction. Today, he has developed his own unique approach, combining techniques such as TMS, ketamine therapy, and yogic technologies to truly offer healing on all levels of the human body - mind. In this conversation, we talk about his personal and academic journey, including how he found his guru. We explore the nature of the mind, what makes a doctor a true healer, and take a holistic look at psychological conditions such as trauma and anxiety. We also dive into topics like intuition, surrender, and the incredible power of attention—and how we must learn to cultivate it.
