    Welcome back friends! It’s been a while. I missed doing this and I am not one to make excuses but I have been swamped. A lot has been going on in my personal life, business and more. I have been trying to upload content on Youtube and have posted one video so far. It is in Arabic and here’s the thought process behind it: The content is about my weight loss journey. Tips and the story behind why the reason behind you not reaching your goal is your lack of discipline. It is in Arabic because I feel like the market for Arabic speakers lacks such content but there’s plenty in English. You are also able to read the subtitles since it’s easier for Youtube to translate it from Arabic to English, than from English to Arabic.     Marlon is a professional fitness trainer. He holds a post grad masters degree in physiology - strength and conditioning & Bachelor of Science degree in sports & exercise. Marlon also holds several certifications regarding nutrition. And he’s got a british accent which means that he’s legit. I have always thought that the physical state of someone heavily influences and mostly is a reflection of their physical state. Which is why Marlon was the perfect person to speak to because he is not only interested in the physical aspect of training but also the mental, emotional and the lifestyle aspects of human health when coaching his clients. This was a wonderful conversation. I have always had and still do have lots of questions regarding training, diet and physical health overall but I am also interested in the mental fitness of the human. So it’s great to be able to naturally converse with a professional. Expect to learn about: How to be healthier without much resources, Marlon’s methods to motivate his clients, why people quit, the pressure you may unconciously put on your child, why most of your excuses are invalid , Marlon’s story about his oldest client who is 93 years old and much much more.

    This episode is a very special one. Not only because it’s the return of a very special guest on the show but also, It is the 11th episode. As most of you have probably noticed on our Instagram, we’ve made some changes to the show. We’ve got a new location for not only audio recording but also, video recording. We would like to thank the Atomic Shop on High for helping the show and allowing us to use their beautiful space for the show. We’ve also started our Youtube channel and we’ll be posting this full episode on there so make sure to follow our instagram to be notified. My guest today is RJ. RJ is my very first guest on the show. We also have very interesting conversations so I had to invite him back on. It was also great to get his opinion on the differences between the 1st episode and the 11th episode.     Welcome back to the show. My Guest today is Silas Miller. This is the 10th episode of this show. So I am going to refer to the 1st episode a little bit. We’re all a little lost, especially the younger generation. Silas is a very very good friend of mine, I admire his work ethic and his insights. He’s part of the team for this show and he’s never once made an excuse to not show up and help me especially that all of our episodes are recorded on a Sunday morning. This episode is certainly one of my favorites for the sole reason of, I didn’t have to prepare for it. I sat down with two good guys and had a casual, general conversation about life.
