How These Spiritual Teachers Deal With Anxiety
Hello Friends on the path…
I’ve known about the struggles of some of my favorite philosophers…Krishnamurti suffered from terrible migraines. Ram Dass had a massive stroke. Yogananda had crippling pain from apparently taking on the karma of his devotees.
Anyone in a physical body suffers. Facts.
But the accounts I found most helpful were those of teachers who struggled with anxiety and panic. Teachers of mind mastery who had to face these kinds of inner hurdles struck me deeply. Two of whom helped me relax into deep self compassion: Adyashanti and Mingyur Rinpoche, and I’ve found a way to loop their teaching back to one of Audrey Lourdes’ pillars:
“Nothing I accept about myself can be used against me to diminish me.”
I’m sharing their enlightening humanness in today’s WITH LOVE, DANIELLE (Eps 104) as part of my 4 part series on Healing With Anxiety.

7 Types of Anxiety and Ways to Heal
Our 4 part series on How To Heal with Anxiety starts here, with Love.
With some help from conventional sources, the metaphysical practitioner on our team, V.S., and my own experiences with anxiety and healing, I’m setting the stage for us to look at basic anxiety “disorders” and to move toward healing measures.
You will see yourself, and/or your loved ones and the world at large in this list of anxieties types.
NAMING struggles is an important part of healing, and… I’m encouraging us to NOT OVER-IDENTIFY WITH LABELS. Especially when we’re talking about anxiety disorders.
I prefer to say, “imbalances” over “disorders.” And “natural” over “normal”––because we could argue over what’s normal in a world that's flailing and waking up. But the heart and the nervous system know what’s natural.

I’ve been going off about the down-side of self help affirmations for yuh-earrs. But complaining is a kind of affirmation, inn’t? So… I’m shifting into solutions. But in order to get to that higher consciousness, we’ve got to unpack the unconscious stuff.
There’s a sequencing for creating healthier affirmations. I unpack each of these tenets/directives:
WE CREATE MORE OF WHAT WE THINK WE ARE RUNNING FROM THE PAIN CREATES MORE PAIN IDENTIFY AS LOVE TO OPEN POSSIBILITIESCHOOSE HOW TO SEE

15 Reasons People Don’t Speak Out During Challenging Times
Hello Loves,
I know there’s a lot of disappointment in spiritual teachers and public figures who are silent during these times. I hear it daily in my DMs. “Thank you for speaking up, I’m so disappointed in other people in this space.”
I understand. I relate. And… it makes me wince. I’m grateful for the resonance but I’m not cheering on the criticism of others.
We don’t need to find additional reasons to battle each other about raging world battles. That's just division on top of division. A house divided falls. This is exactly what corrupt puppeteers are trying to orchestrate.
So today I’m offering a stained glass window of different ways to look at silence and activism, fear and bravery. Please take what you want and leave the rest.
Let me be clear: I am not defending silence nor am I demanding for people to speak up.
Eps 99 of WITH LOVE, DANIELLE explores why people sometimes choose silence in fractious situations. And I have some heart centered strategies on how the more “vocal” folks can cope with disappointment when silence bites––especially from the people we’ve admired.
We have to make space for all of our ways of being through these insane, dark times.
