So, Pretti was recording it all with his phone. So, his phone should have captured a lot, even audio after he was shot dead. Who has custody of his phone, isn’t it the most important evidence of the event? Sort of a body cam of the victim, even after he’s dead. How do we know that the recordings were not destroyed or deepfaked after the shooting?

Really informative podcast that breaks down the most important scotus cases in a layman’s terms to help those of us who think and pay attention understand the peril we are all in because of this corrupt Court under Roberts.

They sound like they’re jumping through a lot of twisty hoops on subjects like transgender rights to justify their priors on very progressive topics. I’m far from MAGA, but this group just sounds crazy on a lot of topics.
