8 Limbs of Yoga Explored with Pavithra and Ananya Raja | Yoga Scussion | Ep. 7

Sisters Pavithra (15) and Ananya (12) Raja bring youthful wisdom to exploring yoga's eight limbs. After showing their parents they could do poses better, they joined an intergenerational class led by 85-year-old Guruji who practices on hard floors without a mat. From Bharatanatyam dance to Balavihar studies, these young practitioners reveal how yoga helps with menstrual pain, test anxiety, and anger management. Through honest conversations about balance, concentration, and finding calmness, they demonstrate that ancient wisdom isn't just for adults—it's accessible medicine for navigating modern life's challenges while maintaining flexibility, focus, and inner peace. Note to listeners: there were some audio issues due to some unintentional device configurations by one of the guests that created some echoes in a few parts of this episode. They were mostly addressed, but still remain in a few parts. We apologize for the issues, but otherwise think this is another gem of an episode.
