Fact Checking

I would be interested to hear what data says about the claim in the intro, “it always used to a snow before the 3rd weekend in September.” As far as I can tell from NOAA data, it’s only snowed a total of 10 days in September since 1908 in Tahoe City. It might have snowed more at higher elevations, but I’m skeptical of a first hand account.
Podcast is pretty good overall, but feels scripted and leaves the listener wanting more.

Love the topic - the execution leaves me wanting

The topic of the first episode - water clarity in Lake Tahoe - is fascinating. However, the narrator and his colleagues, give this podcast a college intern feel with their conversational style. This makes if feel more like overhearing strangers in a bar, rather than a podcast to really get you engaged.
