You're right, I've got this!

I have been using Mary-Frances' guided meditations, particularly "Embrace Uncertainty" which has really helped me to let go of things which are not serving me and to look to those that do. All in six minutes a day! Thanks for the valuable support.

What a great, simple and gentle way to start the day.

These are wonderful meditations to do in the morning before starting your day. Helps to align and calibrate my compass before heading off and out. And they are thoughtful enough to plant a seed in my mind to contemplate for the rest of the day. Thanks MF. Very helpful, looking forward to more!

Highly recommend!

I love Mary Frances's meditations! They're a perfect way to create a habit of meditation without devoting a ton of time. Mary Frances has a soothing voice and her timing in these meditations is spot on. Highly recommend!
