I'm not a supermom. But I always wanted to be one and have it all: family, career/business that I love, AND the time for myself. But that ambition without proper stress resistance and resilience killed my mom (cancer at 48) and drove me to the edge of burnout twice. Only when I saw the disastrous effects of my anger, stress, and resentment on my little daughter, I knew I had to change... Since then, not only have I healed but I also helped thousands of other women all around the world through trauma-informed therapy and mental fitness training. And I decided to share the most vulnerable and valuable pieces of my and their journey here. Because if we got out of that dark, stuck place of feeling like a terrible mom, YOU CAN DO IT TOO. So choose the episode that speaks to you and tune in!

Ep 82: Yelling is BAD, But Bottling Up Anger is WORSE?! Here's Why..

Ep 82: Yelling is BAD, But Bottling Up Anger is WORSE?! Here's Why..

Not shouting at your kids but still feeling that anger, stress, and frustration? That's great.

And also, while it's a bit better for your kids, it's more dangerous for you and your physical help. Because it's been proven that suppressed emotions (especially those resulting from early childhood trauma), increase your chances of becoming physically sick. (Google psycho-neuro-immunology, Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Gabor Mate.)

So what the heck are you suppossed to do if shouting is not ok, and keeping that anger inside of you is not healthy either?

Ep 81: I Used To Be My Daughter's First Bully

Ep 81: I Used To Be My Daughter's First Bully

I used to be my daughter's first bully. I used to yell at her, stress her out, and made her feel not good enough,  and on top, made it her fault, blamed her for all of that.

And I'm able to talk about it openly, in public now, only because I managed to stop and heal it, and because after having helped hundreds of moms do the same, I realized I was not alone.

So if you'd like to know how to become a safe parent so that your children would come to you with any secrets or problems growing up, without being scared of your reaction, then this episode is for you.

Ep 80: "Just Five More Minutes!" How to Stop the Screen Time Fights

Ep 80: "Just Five More Minutes!" How to Stop the Screen Time Fights

Are you fighting with your kids about their screentime? Is it always "few more minutes, few more minutes"... and then a big drama and fight when you finally take that screen away?

While I'm not a parenting expert, not a gaming/screen addiction specialist, there are few reframes that helped moms we work with inside the Zen Supermom program. Perfectly in line with the spirit of this podcast: talking about being a calm parent - without blaming it all on the kids...

Ep 79: Zen Supermom Team is Growing: Meet our first Zen SuperDAD Coach, Victor!

Ep 79: Zen Supermom Team is Growing: Meet our first Zen SuperDAD Coach, Victor!

Dad of 4, fluent in 4 languages, trauma-informed coach and so much more. Meet Victor, first man on the Zen Supermom team who will be working 1-1 with all men joining us in the coming weeks inside the Zen Supermom program.

It was a pleasure to invite him for this special podcast episode and talk about his own healing journey. Because while his story is unique, it's similar to so many men I've already worked with... All that male generational trauma of supressing emotions as weak, avoiding any vulnerability and staying strong & rational, ... and all of that then backfiring in all of your relationships - with your partner/spouse and your children because trauma never goes away until you heal it.

Childhood healing is not for the faint of heart. But Victor is a great inspiration and proof about why it's worth it.

May this episode reach those who need to hear this the most...
