Welcome in to ZenStop: a mobile meditation studio that brings a variety of approachable, live-taught, group meditation sessions to offices, schools and events. Originally a Blue Bird school bus, ZenStop has been completely renovated on the inside equipped with stunning wood floors, a heightened ceiling and solar panels on top to power the entire bus. And now… we’re bringing ZenStop to you with a podcast Meditation Series. We’ll meditate in community, so we can hold each other accountable for our practices - becoming mentally fit together.
