AUTISM RECOVERY FOR CHRISTIAN MOMS. NOT DELIVERANCE. NO DECREE & DECLARE..

I've never shared this about autism symptoms! I've just uploaded this training session to the moms in my autism liberation program. IF you're wrestling with God AND symptoms like eloping, aggression, sleepless nights, nonverbal autism, stimming...you need to watch it, too. In my community, prayers for changed symptoms are answered every month (I'll share one of the most amazing case stories in the next episode. ) In this episode, I'm sharing why and how... I only realized this profound truth this week. For me it is a breakthrough for autism recovery.' The Bible has sacred information about your child, the symptoms, and how to deal with them. These verses reveal how to block healing and how to surrender to God's will. It's INSANELY FASCINATING. It's linked to neuroscience, your nervous system, Luke's Gospel, trauma healing, stress types, and emotional healing. Autism symptoms are supposed to bring you closer to God and reveal His plan. If we're focusing on the outcome, trying to get rid of symptoms, we're rebuking THE VERY CROSS that God is using to reveal HIS PLAN and HIS PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW. This is HUGE. The disciples made similar mistakes when they rebuked the children, and Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me". Are you bringing your child to Jesus through the dark valley, and are you coming to Him as a child? I'll audit your child's issues and tell you what triggers your child's symptoms, and plan next steps to address them to get less stimming, tantrums, eloping, sensory issues, sleeplessness, and aggression without tests, protocols, or battling with your child.  Write "audit" in the subj line to book a call with me. “Pumping Isn’t the First Step (Breastfeeding Is)”

This episode is for pregnant moms who are already worried about pumping and returning to work. Let me be clear right from the start:There is nothing wrong with choosing to be an exclusive pumper from day one. That is a valid, intentional feeding choice. But this episode is specifically for those of you who plan to breastfeed and know pumping will eventually be part of your journey—most often because you’ll be returning to work. And let’s also clear this up: not everyone needs to pump.Pumping is a tool, not a requirement. In this episode, I break down why pumping works best when breastfeeding has a strong foundation first—and why trying to “prepare for pumping” without understanding breastfeeding often leads to unnecessary stress, disappointment, and confusion. We talk about: Why pumping struggles often start before pumping even begins How early breastfeeding sets your milk supply and pumping success Why breastfeeding education belongs in pregnancy Why pumping education makes more sense after baby arrives The order that actually supports working moms long-term If pumping has been weighing on your mind already, this episode will help you reset, refocus, and prepare in a way that actually supports your body and your goals. "I Thought I Was Going to Die" with Meaghan O'Connell

The day after I had the baby, I fainted in my hospital room. Blood pressure skyrocketing, doctors running in, a brain aneurysm fear I couldn't shake, a day-old baby at the foot of the bed. I was convinced that was how my story ended. It wasn't. And it turns out most new moms have some version of this story. Nobody warns us. This week I sit down with writer Meaghan O'Connell, author of And Now We Have Everything: On Motherhood Before I Was Ready, the book that started telling the truth about new motherhood a decade before the rest of us were ready to hear it. We get into the C-section I elected, the C-section shelf nobody warned me about, the fear of leaving your baby that you don't tell anyone about, and the identity shift that is not about your kid even though everyone assumes it is. It's honest. It's specific. It's not light. You will recognize parts of yourself in it. Follow Tell Me I'm a Good Mom on Apple, Spotify, or subscribe to my channel on YouTube for video episodes. Are Screens Rewiring Your ADHD Child’s Brain? The Truth About Social Media, Dopamine & Attention (ft. Dr. Jane Shawcroft)

Join Our Patreon and Find All of Our Faves! Are screens actually rewiring your child’s brain… or are we just being dramatic? In this episode of Chaos & Caffeine, I sit down with Dr. Jane Shawcroft to break down what research actually says about screen time, social media, and kids — especially for children with ADHD. Because here’s the reality no one is saying loud enough:  ADHD brains are already wired for dopamine, novelty, and instant feedback… and today’s digital platforms are built to deliver exactly that. So what happens when those two collide? We dig into:  ✔️ Whether social media is designed to be addictive for kids  ✔️ Why ADHD children may be more vulnerable to problematic screen use  ✔️ The long-term effects of early screen habits on behavior and mental health  ✔️ What actually works for ADHD families when limiting screen time feels impossible This is not about guilt.  This is about understanding what your child is up against — and how to support them without losing your mind in the process. If you’ve ever wondered why your child melts down when screens turn off…  why focus feels harder after device time…  or if you’re “doing screens wrong”… This episode will change how you see it.
