Death Resulting laws are wrong headed. Using that logic if a drunk driver who crashes causing their own or others deaths, - are we going to go to liquor store and charge shop keeper who sold that liquor that made someone crash and die? People take drugs because they want to, whether it’s crack of heroin or alcohol.
