Life changing information
16 Nov
Tuned in to the podcast with Dr Ludwig after searching for sugar and inflammation. There was so much sensible information in there, it could change your life for the better. It was a bit technical with the acronyms and explanation of internal bodily processes but Andrew helped bring the explanations by Robert down to a level the average person could understand.
Thank you!

18 months ago, I was a heavy daily alcohol and Cannabis user with poor diet. I had high levels of inflammation that needed medication just to get to work which all led to high anxiety, anger, frustration and pain. I’m 2 months younger than you. I just started listening to you without really wanting to change anything. I love your style, straight into what’s happening to my body and how to fix it. I’m now alcohol, cannabis, grain, seed oil and sugar free. I’m also now anxiety and inflammation free. I can literally do my day twice. Thank you my brother. I truly appreciate you and your guests which I also follow now.
