Dan Harris is a fidgety, skeptical ABC newsman who had a panic attack live on Good Morning America, which led him to something he always thought was ridiculous: meditation. He wrote the bestselling book, "10% Happier," started an app -- "10% Happier: Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics" -- and now, in this podcast, Dan talks with smart people about whether there's anything beyond 10%. Basically, here's what this podcast is obsessed with: Can you be an ambitious person and still strive for enlightenment (whatever that means)? New episodes every Wednesday morning.

I am always looking forward to your podcast. You interview so many wonderful people who share such wealths of information. I hope more people wake up and realized they can be at least 10% happier and it’s not unreachable. You & your guests help people wake up :)

Please don’t judge your guests meditation practices

Hey! I really love the concept of this podcast, and the deep insights and professionalism of your guests. I would really love it if you (Dan) would be more careful about judging your guests on their meditation habits. Every person should have the right to meditate the way they want, the way that fits their lives. I’m so glad that you have found meditation to be a key to your own health and happiness, but your way is not the only way or the “right way”. A simple acknowledgement of your differences and discussion about these experiences (no judgement or guidance) would be a much nicer way to explore the topic with guests in the future. Thanks!
