One of my favourites
I started listening to this podcast several months back after searching for more board game podcasts to listen to. I was starting to lose hope because I wasn’t enjoying many of the other ones I found during my search, this was about the 5th one I went to listen to, I nearly didn’t but I’m very glad I did. I now look forward to a new episode every week! Tim, Chris and Adam are all great to listen to, they are all quite knowledgeable on the games they play. I appreciate hearing their opinions on how the game played, specific mechanics, component quality, what player count they thought worked best and they usually make me laugh as well with their banter among one another. Very rarely will I go and listen to a backlog of episodes however over the holidays I have gone back and started listening from episode one onward.
Hot Take
Hot take, this podcast will share their opinions with you unfiltered. It’s appreciated and I enjoy listening to them during my drive. The opinions I do not always agree with but I like the varied perspective. Keep up the great work.
Board Games, Friends, and Hot Takes Oh my!
Simply the best board game podcast out there. Sure it helps that I’ve gotten to know Tim over the past year and a half, but that makes the show extra special. Their commitment to community engagement is top notch. I’m especially here for witty banter between friends which is the highlight of the show. Congrats on 3 years of weekly content, a very impressive feat. Even though I know Tim the best, give yourselves all 1 point for being my favourites 😎
