New to meditation, these “minis” have been just what I needed to ease into establishing a personal daily practice. They are guided in a soft voice that lends itself to relaxation and purposeful thought. They are definitely my “go to”. A suggestion would be to increase timing to about 15min on more episodes, as I find now that the 7-9 minutes are not quite long enough. And more bedtime relaxation themed minis would be appreciated. I’m so grateful for the access. I hope more new minis are posted in the future!
