So grateful for Chel!

Sometimes my thoughts are so loud that traditional meditation doesn’t do the trick. I love meditation minis guided podcast, they are so refreshing and I always get what I need from them! Thank you so much 🙏🏼

10 minutes of peace

I have just started to meditate and practice mindfulness in the last 6 months, it’s been life changing - way less headaches, many more joyful moments, less anger and no more stomach meds. I use Chel’s meditations to start my day off stress free - 10 minutes is a good commit for me:). I love her soothing voice and the range of helpful topics she covers. The podcast on meeting your 5 and 85 year old self on the playground blew my little mind - so much to think about. Thanks Chel. She’s a recommended listen for sure!!
