Such golden nuggets of wisdom in a short amount of time

Absolutely love listening to Brendon’s podcast. He gets right to the point and shares how to live on purpose. How we can be human and sometimes get distracted by other things in our lives. He provides much needed direction on finding our path.

GOD BLESS YOU BRENDON

From 2007, life started handing me a series of blows in all aspects of my life. In 2016, after a particularly traumatic summer, I began to drink to cope. In 2018, I got the revelation that I was trying to commit suicide with alcohol. It took until the beginning of the COVID pandemic for me to decide that I wanted to live, and so I intentionally began my journey to healing.

At the beginning of 2032, I read the 5am Club. Although I don’t yet get out of bed at 5am, my morning routine follows the 20:20:20 principle, with my own spin: my days begin with devotions and prayer, to give thanks to The One who kept me alive. I then go out in nature for a walk, and it is then that I listen to your podcasts. I felt an immediate resonance with you because I knew your story prior to launching Growth Day. After my walk, I meditate and the. I’m ready to start my day.

God bless you for your wisdom, authenticity and compassion! I’m no longer suicidal - far from it: I want to LIVE. I’m working on a Master of Education and loving the flow I’m in. I’m living with intention and purpose now; and Joy has surrounded me 💖
