In this video, I’m sharing exactly what I’m eating right now while actively trying to conceive, and why my approach completely changed after years of low-calorie, low-fat dieting from a bodybuilding background. Here’s the truth: your body won’t prioritize reproduction if it doesn’t feel safe or resourced. Your sex hormones are built from the raw materials in your food, especially cholesterol and dietary fat.
